I'm new to smartphones and wm and I have an HTC Touch but I don't like the standard dial pad on the phone (i don't know if its native to wm or htc). I am looking for something that has send/end buttons on the screen and also allows the press and hold speed dial feature. Can someone point me in the direction of a dialer that is simple and complete? Thanks.

The one I use is Mr. Incredible 3D dialer. Nice looking and simple. Has speed dial (start dialing and it starts narrowing the possibilities list). Once send is pressed, screen switches to mute, speaker, contacts, notes, hold buttons.
