hello

coul'd someone help me ?

I've tried to install 2 softs : foxit reader and sktools. When i wan't to register i've got for foxit a message : "owner ID is blank or missing" and for sktools : it's impossible to go to the window and on owner ID nothing is written.
My user name was "WM_Vincent" so i thought it was becaus of the name and i changed it for "vin". No succes.

I tried to unistall and reinstall but it changed nothing. I think after uninstallation, some files stays, because foxit reopen the last pdf documents i was looking before unistalling.

My pocket is omnia, with a new rom GG6 and working on WM 6.1.

Any one as an idea ? I 'll prefer not to reinstall all (my wife become crazy because of this *$#" phone).

Owner Name: Start - Settings - Personal - Owner Information

Device ID: Start - Settings - System - About - Device ID

Both are called the same in my devices.
Hope this'll solve your problem.

it was so simple !! thanks a lot. I thought device ID and owner name were the same.
It works fine now.
