Here's What You Need to Use Windows XP Professional
PC with 300 megahertz or higher processor clock speed recommended; 233 MHz minimum required (single or dual processor system);* Intel Pentium/Celeron family, or AMD K6/Athlon/Duron family, or compatible processor recommended
This should be possible...
128 megabytes (MB) of RAM or higher recommended (64 MB minimum supported; may limit performance and some features)
oh... this would be hard... especially coz emulators itself need RAM to emulate... so you need a device with lots of RAM
1.5 gigabytes (GB) of available hard disk space*
should also be possible...
Super VGA (800 x 600) or higher-resolution video adapter and monitor
Oh... this will be a hard thing... even VGA has "only" 640x480...
CD-ROM or DVD drive
not necessary...
Keyboard and Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
Yeah we have that...
As all requirements have to be fit to get XP working, you see there are some things that conflict with it... i managed to run Windows98, but that was all that is possible... WinXP won't... at least i think that... i tried a lot, other people tried a lot... but you can try it by yourself... install DOSBox or a similar app and play with the settings

Well, actually the minimum CPU requirements may not be met due to the nature of ppc CPU and the fact that most of the devices graphics is also managed by the system CPU... :s

When i overclock my Loox N560 i have ~715 MHz... that should be enough lol ;D but it still won't work... i heard the structure of the XP OS conflicts with the one WindowsMobile can handle... nobody did it yet... and i am sure the people tried a lot...

You can only emulate the look and feel of XP with special software like eXPerience or you find a Wisbar Advance skin that fits your need!

Well there's an app that can emulate XP look&feel, although it's a polish app, still in alpha version. I failed to run it on WM6.1 with Manila and the name is impossible to translate to english (there's no english built so far I'm afraid): http://wm.bilsoftware.com/
