Please add you device info into your profile which you can set in User Control Panel to enable you get faster replies for problems of your device.
I'm not sure what kind of software you are looking for. Perhaps you might wanna type "chinese" in Search function ?

ChinaFEP No5 - Keyboard and Font Chinese
Aidem Pocket Assistant v1.35 Chinese
There are also chinese dictionaries available ( english <=> chinese ) from the search result.
