keypad help for ppc

can anyone help me to find a keypad for my ppc. I am using i-mate jama 101 and it have very small display so i need the bigger keypad for it

I would recommend either SPB, Resco or Pocket CM.

Yes, I'm looking for software. I have touchpal 3.5 and it is very small on that display and it is veryery hard to type a message. I am looking for phone like keypad (numeric, 9 button).
