Is there a program like TCPview or netstat -o to show which process is using the internet. My data keeps kicking on and i dont have anything set to download.

I ended up using Airscanner Mobile Firewall to check what IPs it was connecting to but you're right this sbp application is exactly what i needed. I found out it was Sprint's OnDemand/Pocket Express application get auto updates. Thanks.
