i'd just wanna need some help..if somebody here..got this software

this software uses to connect pocket pc to our mobile phone and make
a connection of internet using GPRS...signal...with the connection of a bluetooth or infrared...

pls..if somebody can give me same program for this..it is very appreciated for me...
my pocket pc .is wm5...
