Im not completely sure what you're asking. Do you mean the ability to use your cellphone camera without anyone noticing (like a hidden sort of app)? If you clear up what you are asking i can look into it.

i didn't get too, but this hidden aplication is a great idea

there used to be an app around for symbion smartphones that took a pic and stored it every time the "cam light variant" changed...... ie. when something came into camera view....so you could set your phone somewhere and if someone/something came in the room "click"... sorry cant remember its name
...use the googles...they work well
