I have seen the past posts about TTS software like textspeech pro and installed the software but it won't read pdfs, As it has been a while since the other posts has anything changed?
Does anyone know of a release that does this (or translates pdfs to txt files?)

I can't even select all text and copy/paste it on the PPC adobe reader I have.

two possible reasons:
a) This PDF doesn't contain text. It's simply a picture embeded in a PDF.
b) Copying and TTS is restricted by the PDF's security settings.

for a) You can try to OCR this picture at your PC first. But the result may be a waste of time.
