Error at Startup (perhaps .NET problem)

I installed UTA V3.5, but after soft-reset I get this error:

MissingMethodException
File or assembly name
'Microsoft.WindowsMobile.Status,
Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral,
PublicKeyToken=31BF3856AD364E35',
or one of its dependencies was not found.

Using WM 6.5, .NET 3.5 is installed.

Please help on this, ASAP!!
