I have downloaded two gameas and they are in .cab format and will not load on my cell. When i extract the .cab file into a whole bunch of other files my cell phone doesnot recognize them. could some one please give me some help in thid regard

normally you just copy the .cab file to your phone and run it from there. if it dont work, hard reset it and hope for the best

As already said: Don't exract the Cab at your PC. Just copy it as it is to your device and execute it there.
