I have an old PDA phone with camera+wifi built in.

I used to play around with Ateksoft (http://www.ateksoft.com/webcamplus.html) to use my PDA as webcam but can we use the Ateksoft act as CCTV?

How can I link the Ateksoft(through wifi) to my CCTV server?

Ateksoft can send images by ftp only. Does your cctv server accept this input?

Is there a way that we can capture the video signal?

As far as I know there's no software for PDA that supports streaming of music/video from a PDA over the Internet.
If you have your PDA connected to a PC, then you could use vlc (videolan client) on your PC and transcode the webcam to a video stream. But well, this is more or less pointless, because if you have a PC around you can use a standard webcam anyway, no need for a PDA.
