Those were the names that I was called over the years. I was also told that I was "Pretty For A Darkskin Girl". What does that mean? Why couldn't I just be pretty? With that being said, I grew up in a world of confusion. It's bad enough that we live in a world faced with hate, racism and prejudiceness. But what's worst is when you're faced with these same issues in your own race.
