Now a Level 10 ronin, Seiki is slowly coming to terms with the death of Master Tsujihara and his new life in Shinshioka.
Spending his days in the Wilderness, he’s venting his remaining frustrations while staying away from the city drama and those griefers, like the Rogami Clan, who had made his in-game experience so challenging thus far. He has even taken up a trade skill.
But when he’s presented with an offer he can’t refuse and accepts a simple mission to deliver a message to Kano Castle, he quickly finds his troubles are only just beginning. Caught in an imbroglio that will only get worse the more he tries to do well, Seiki will set off a series of events that will lead to chaos, death, and the eventual destruction of an entire territory.

After all the drama surrounding the invasion of the White Crane Hall, Seiki gave his word to Ippei that he’d join the War Games. So, when he hits level 14 and finally gets eligible for his first troops, Seiki gets ready to face the Demonic Clan and begin his climb up the military ranks.
But before he can claim his unit from the Shogun, Seiki has one last promise to fulfill. Together with the whole band, he has to clear Nezumi Temple - aka the rat dungeon - in order to secure a rare armguard for Yamura as a thank you for saving their neck back at the siege. However, the drop rate for the item could be as low as 4%. And after running the instance for close to 20 times, they’re all starting to wonder whether the darn piece even exists….

The wait is over! Welcome to the Pacchi Festival!
As Shinshioka launches into the much-awaited week-long event, Seiki and his friends race to solve the mystery of the recent treasures from the Shussebora Cave. Having gone against what appears to be the most powerful clan in the game, they now try their best to balance progression with just the right amount of politics to keep everyone out of trouble. However, amid the dazzling allure of the activity-filled festival, with its own promise of lucrative rewards, danger lurks in many forms—from rare monsters to new enemies, to the disturbing reappearance of the masked stalker who seems to haunt Seiki’s every step.
