Go to Love store, you will see these two listed. However, when I click on any of those, nothing happens. Just blank screen.

Force close the app once you have managed to get the database folder to show up. THEN paste the file into the folder and overwrite it, and relaunch it, then it will show up on your list :)

Your requests are crossing the line between inquisitive and petulant. Folks have offered you helpful options and advice and you've chosen to ignore every single one of them. Normally I'd decline to comment but in this case I felt I had to - stop begging. If you want a way to get it working without rooting, here are some options:

1) Offer a WRZ reward for it. For some reason I doubt you'll do that.

2) Ask for advice - here or elsewhere - on how you can work around certain licensing schemes.

3) Stop asking and root your phone. Just about every model out there's been cracked already and if you're smart enough to pull off the positions in this guide you're smart enough to get this done.

Thanks for the post, OP! I'll check it out and see how it works.

Yeah, about two weeks ago. I consider the shelf life of a thread/post to be about a month, give or take, depending on the particulars.

App runs wonderfully on my Vibrant, OP. Thanks a bunch, and here are some mirrors.

Suppose I should correct my earlier post; all I'm getting are FC after I paste the .db file. Not sure what I missed but it's happened every time.

Didn't read this before posting... anyway, I followed this advice with my own extra twist:

(Obtained files from .rar in OP)

1) Extract application and DB file from RAR
2) Copy files to phone
3) Install application
4) Open application, save a position or two to your to-do list
5) Exit app
6) Menu --> Applications --> Running --> Select iKamasutra and Force Stop if it's running
7) Copy purchases.db to database folder (/data/data/com.whatever/databases)
*** 8 ) Set permissions read, write / read, write / none for purchases.db file
9) Start up app and enjoy all 170 positions!

Also, does this app install to SD card by default or is my setup just wonky? Not sure if that was what was giving me issues or not but I made sure to move the app to phone this time - before adding the purchases.db file - after seeing it was on the SD card.

My only issue is that most of the positions require....2 people. :(

Doesn't work for me, still 110 positions.

You mean rw-rw---- as permissions?

Edit: solved by setting permissions to r--rw----

Yes, I was talking about permissions, and though I forgot to mention it earlier I didn't just come up with that specification manually, lol.

Should be corrected to read "set permissions to whatever the other files in the folder are," though that's kinda nebulous. I just copied the tip on a whim from instructions I got when trying to copy system apps earlier.

Also, as I said before, I moved the app to my phone after Force Stopping it but before copying purchases.db. Apps run faster off the phone's memory so I'd recommend that if you've got the space. (Gotta love the 16GB on the Vibrant!)
