Did my own testing: douploads & dropapk download a file named Let.mobi, which is an ebook; `Let’s Get Textual` by Teagan Hunter.
upload4earn downloads a file named Let__x27_s_Fap_TV_v1.2__Mod_.apk, which installs, but force closes when trying to run on my Pixel XL.

Well, I just checked the links and the file is present and correct on all but the uploadev.org link which seems to be dead.
You need to use a good adblocker and learn which "free download" button to click. I find it's far easier to do this on a desktop PC, not so easy to do on a phone.
With that being said it's not a very good app. It seems to just be a front-end to some porn links that can be had easier and faster otherways.
