i dont think manifest was issue this one of them apps that leaves trail behind from all previous installed even with clean install, @QuietPlease remove all leftover folders & run es cleaner & restart device then install problem solved!

I didn't clean manifest properly before and ran a regex for known culprits only because ads were stopped for me after that. "mraid browser ads" is one of the example that was left over including tons of other unwanted receivers, services, permissions, all of that removed now.

Update pls
