y do i get invalid server response and it won't dl the dictionary?

I have just tested it & its working fine, downloaded the whole dictionary without any problem.
Either it can be due to your 3G/GPRS/wifi related problem or the mobisystems server may be down. (It has happened in past for about a week or so nobody was able to download the dict files from the app.)
