Out of curiosity, is Harrison's Practice ever going to be added back in? I feel like I'm missing out on so much information without it now =/. There were things that I could look up in Harrisons, that isn't available in 5 minute clinical consult unfortunately. If not, I think I'll try to get the updates, and then roll back everything to like 5 editions ago when Harrisons was working, but when the abbreviations wasn't working =D

But regardless, I still love your work Nokia and appreciate it greatly!

It wont be added by lexi itself. But I am working on a patch & had fair bit of a success. Will post it when done.

That's awesome! Btw, for anyone else who wants to still use Harrison in the mean time, if you have the database from before, I found something that's a temporary work around. I also don't know if this'll help you at all Nokia, but I figure you have your stuff down ^^.

I just picked a random name in Lexi's database that I don't use (i.e. Nursing-Lexi Drugs - "50_nurse_f.db"). And then I renamed the Harrison's database file name (which is "292_harrisons.db") to "50_nurse_f.db"
I did the same thing with the media file, and tried to rename the metadata file in the media folder, but I don't think it works because I don't see any images when I tried pulling them up from the "New Harrison's" (which is now accessed by going into the Nursing-Lexi Drugs).

Its nice to see you getting involved in the process . Yup this works but I wanted to make the app as complete as possible. About the images it wont work because each image in the media folder has it path preloaded to "/lexi/media/292_harrisons" inside the main database file. So it wont work until and unless you change the .db file extensively. But it would be cumbersome so I kept it aside
So waiting for a proper workaround. But all this said, I have almost done it, doing some testing & instructional video on how to use it. You can expect it in few days of time.

Guys I have a weird problem. How come after transferring the files, closing and reopening the app all the database gets wiped out? I have to repeat the procedure just to get it back but then it gets erased again after a reboot.

Both of you guys, thats strange because it doesnt happen with me. Even after reinstalls, reboots etc. the databases are intact. I could not find any problem.
Just making a wild guess about it though:
It seems both of you have downloaded the database files from the links in the first post & then copying back to SD Card.
Actually those databases are more than a year old (when I uploaded these databases the version of lexi was 1.72) & it might be the case that this new version of app considering these files as old/obsolete & may be wiping them after some major system operation like rebooting, removing SD card etc.
I would suggest you to delete the lexi folder from SD Card. Install the app from first post & update from the app. & then try to restart & other stuff.

Future update will most probably be supporting Harrisons & hopefully fix the problems, but its still under testing, whenever I get enough time to test it, I will be posting it here.

You can, if have the databases downloaded earlier If you are first time user then I would recommend you to wait for next updatable version.
