no thats not correct.

download http://www.depositfiles.com/files/as470r5lh

extract u1c and you will get main.1.com.mh.urgences1clic

move the main.1.com.mh.urgences1clic to /sdcard/Android/obb/ and now your folder should get /sdcard/Android/obb/com.mh.urgences1clic/main.1.mh.urgences1clic.obb
