He's feeling guilty about his lack of dedication to family obligations, and this time he promises his brother that he’ll stay for an entire month to make up for lost time.
A month he’s not looking forward to. At all.
When some of the ranch hands are involved in an accident and can no longer work, he offers to help out. That's when he meets the beautiful Harper Smith: a typical well-to-do city girl who has come for the ranch experience just like all the rest.
She thinks Travis is just a typical country bumpkin.
Travis is both amused and irritated by this presumptuous yet beautiful woman. He could never envision falling for someone like her…or could he?
