Sam has been admiring the quirky beauty all night, he’s got a feeling about her that won’t quit. She’s not his usual type, but maybe that means she’s the one he’s been waiting for. When fate takes a turn and the two are forced to bed down together, Sam can’t believe his luck. But the stubborn and difficult Ginny isn’t in the mood for a rebound or a one-night-stand. Amanda, an independent and feisty hair stylist, is sleep deprived—horribly so. Thanks to her raucous neighbors down below. Not to mention the handsome doctor next door who brims with attitude and can’t seem to control his blaring car alarm
Gabe is a neurosurgeon from the city and a stressed single father who enjoys escaping to the country. He does not, however, enjoy being berated by his little flaming-haired neighbor, a young woman who is as outrageous in her behavior as she is in her appearance.
Luckily for Amanda, the doctor only comes every other weekend. His empty house is looking better and better as her exhaustion turns into full-blown delirium. In desperation, she sneaks into his house just to get one good night of sleep. One night turns into many, as she becomes entranced by the mystery of the place and fascinated by the man who lives there.
When the doctor decides to come to his second home a day early, the last thing he expects to find is a freckled waif sleeping in his bed. Now his neighbor has literally slept into his life and will soon work her way into his heart, as well as his daughter’s, leaving him no choice but to fall head over heels.
