My life is great, being the President of a club that my father before me was as well. Blaze my best friend my club brother and VP of the club drops a bombshell on me. But damn I try to keep my mind off her, but when I get her on the back of my bike, shit goes south, and I do something I should have never done. Secrets, we all have them. Some more than others, some secrets are harmless. My secret, on the other hand, could probably get someone hurt or killed. My father has some significant demons that have flowed over to me.
When I meet Tank, I want to forget about my secrets and go with the flow. The man is seriously sexy, and he knows it. And that lip ring drives me crazy. But can I get past his bossiness? Will everything work out or will my past come to bite us in the a**. Tank keeps me on my toes and can handle my verbal jabs, and more than that, he is my match all the way around. But I need to keep him protected from everything.
When my past hits us full force will he run, or will he help me and stay, only time will tell. But more importantly, will I wait and let whatever it is that we have run its course, or will I run like everyone else does?
Tank:
The first time I lay eyes on the sexy wild cat named Angie Veets, I am lost and floored. The woman is a wild cat and isn’t scared of my size or my filthy mouth. What more could a guy want? Nothing. She is hiding something, and I plan to get it from her.
When everything hits the fan, I am determined to help her and give her my all, but what she does floors me and leaves me running to catch her and bring her back kicking and screaming if I have to. She is mine, and I don’t care if she likes it or not.
4. Blaze - Where do I start? The one thing that I have always craved for has always been out of reach for me. Family. Something so simple yet so far away. Still being knocked down, but I refuse to stay down. I refuse to be drug through the pits of hell over and over again.
Blaze enters my life at the best and worst time for me. It is hard to describe. I both wanted the hot as sin man, and at the same time, I wanted him gone. I tried, I did. But like everything else around me, I failed. I failed to keep him away from my heart. I failed at keeping myself upright, and most of all, I failed myself.
But Blaze surprised me in more than one way. That man showed me what I could be, what I wanted to be, but most of all, he offered me something more, something that I had longed for, family.
Can we make it? Or will we go up in flames like an inferno?
Can we get past old wounds and new ones?
Is it possible for me to be the woman that Blaze needs and then some? Or will I fizzle out like an old flame?
