Overview: Tira Elazri is a Xeno-Linguist Interpreter for the Xeno-Translation union of the Alliance of Sapient Beings. She is the best of the best, which is an asset considering she’s on her way to Enigma, a city on the planet of Sepia, where the Sapians refuse to respond to the overtures of the human representatives of the ASB. On arriving and after careful consideration of three months worth of logged attempts at contact, she comes to the conclusion that contact must be made in the skin as it were.
However, first contact turns into something totally unexpected as she finds herself attracted to Enigma’s leader, an imposing Green sapient name Hunter. He’s well over seven feet tall, with a gorgeous reflective iridescent body and able to do things with his tongue that turns Tira’s world upside down. The only problem is now that first contact has been made, Tira finds herself physically changing into something unknown, the promised Ava-stryk’na, and she’s unable to be apart from Hunter for any length of time without feelings of restless anxiety overtaking her.
Where this contact will lead, what Tira is turning into and with what results, is anyone’s guess! But it’s a certainty that she’s going to end up making some decisions that are bound to make the ASB unhappy.
