13. Highlander’s Unfulfilled Promise - Maybe he has forgotten their promise, but she never will.
Elsie might be the daughter of the kitchen cook in the Wallace castle, but she has developed an unusual friendship. She and Cameron, the Laird’s middle son, have been riding and playing together since they were little kids. Of course, the lass knows that being best friends with the Laird’s son is a bit odd and they will most probably grow apart as he takes on more responsibilities.
