Overview: Christen is an avid reader who enjoys going on adventures whenever she can. Her love of fantasy started at an early age with fairytales and The Hobbit. I've been writing since I was a child, but Force Majeure is my first foray into the world of publishing, in collaboration with my writing partner, Ashley J. Barner. I live in southeastern Pennsylvania with my husband, children, father and two cats; I'm a professional editor and administrative assistant, and have worn the hats of travel agent, program director for a nonprofit, retail manager, childcare caregiver, and teacher.
