Our mother, Juliana, made sure they never knew of heartbreak and loss. She never said a bad word about our father, even after he left us with nothing. When my little brothers would ask about him, she would say he was a good man who simply had to go find himself.
But I was older. I knew the man we called father. Vincenzo was his name, and I hate him for what he did to us. For what he put my mother through.

Now, fifteen years later, I am a true thief. I steal millions in diamonds, precious stones, and gold. Together with Sebastiano and Romeo at my side, there is no heist—big or small—that we cannot pull off.

2. Sebastiano Gallo: My name is Sebastiano Gallo.
I grew up in a tiny Italian village in the middle of nowhere. No electricity, no running water, and no heat. But do you know what the worst part was? Having no money. No future.
My father, who crept out of my mother’s bed one night without a sound, left us with nothing. He left her with me and my two brothers to feed. She would take a beat up motor bike to the richest estates in Italy to scrub floors and do dishes just to put food in our mouths and clothes on our backs. I love that woman with all my heart.
She was never angry. Never bitter. In fact, she showered us in a love that kept us warm and happy every second that we were around her. Her laugh always made us laugh, and it still does. If it wasn’t for the rumble in our stomachs and the holes in our shoes, we wouldn't even had known that we were poor.
I will love my mother always.
