Overview: Hi, my name is Kelly Conrad, and I've always loved to write. I excelled in English class at school, and always thought I wanted to be a writer. It's very difficult to tell you just when I began writing. In looking back, I would have to say my writing career began as early as elementary school when I sat in Study Hall and thought up names for romance novels. Can you see it? It’s dark, cold, and foggy as Denique Cole stands on a bridge considering suicide. Just as he’s about to jump in, he meets a sculptor with a magic chisel. For a handful of money, the mysterious man wants to use Denique as a model for his next statue. When Denique accepts, this midnight transaction ushers him into a fantasy world where he becomes imprisoned inside the statue, and only love will break the spell.
A young man intrigued with the statue walks through the park every night, talks to it, and ultimately falls in love with it. He doesn’t realize that Denique is an actual person until they finally get together through a dream. When Kip McCall decides he can’t love a statue, he turns away. This drives Denique back to the bridge. Will his watery plunge kill him, or will he see Kip in another life where all of Kip’s memories of this strange tale have been wiped away?

A freak storm opens up a mysterious undersea world to Frankie Fontana when he gets thrown out of his boat and almost drowns. Later he learns he’s been miraculously saved by a naked man lying beside him on the beach. He is wrapped in seaweed, has no clothes, no name, and no home. Beneath a tropical moon, they make love.
Later Frankie’s life is thrown into chaos when he learns he’s fallen in love with a merman named Narcisse. He finds that his affair with Narcisse offers problems since he’s actually half fish, and is always disappearing. Finally, he learns that Narcisse has broken some undersea rule about mating with a human, and a sea witch throws him on the beach, dead.
Thinking he’s lost Narcisse, Frankie tries to live his life without him. Is Narcisse out of Frankie’s life forever, or do the two meet one more time, and what is the magic that brought him back from death?
3. Dirty Moon
It all begins when Conor Savage goes on a camping trip with his friend, Jake, and they begin talking about the demons in their lives. Although Conor is afraid of the dark, he learns Jake has a much bigger problem—the moon. Later, when his friend begins to act weird, Conor's fear of the dark is realized when Jake turns into a monster beneath the moon and attacks him.
At the next full moon, Conor learns that he has been captured by the sultry, sexy little demon called Devilet, Lady Luna's little sister who plays childish games of evil. When Conor finds himself under this little vamp's control, his personality changes. He becomes sexually hungry and goes after one of the men in his office.
This sets the stage for a dark, twisted tale of evil disguised as a bold, handsome, brazen man who lives under a curse called Vanity.
4. Cotton Candy Cowboy
Candy Hogue is forced to trade fame and fortune in a rodeo arena for a cotton candy machine at the CineMagic theater. His giving up of the spotlight leads him into a darkness where he meets two men who want something from him. Frankie Cordell has larceny on his mind, and tries to draw Candy into a world of crime by using sex.
Roy McCaslin, who meets Candy one night on a dark and deserted road, remembers Candy when the spotlight was bright, and he was at the height of his career. As fate would have it, they become lovers. Later, when Candy is stalked and attacked by Frankie, Roy steps in just in time to save Candy’s life. Even though Candy’s injuries will keep him out of the rodeo arena for the rest of his life, Roy doesn't leave, but proves his love by staying with Candy after the spotlight has dimmed
