Overview: Sharon's work has appeared steadily in both print and electronic publications, such as Midnight Street, Aoife’s Kiss (Sam’s Dot Publishing), Night To Dawn, and Radgepacket (Byker Books). Her short story — Bitter and Intoxicating — was snapped up for inclusion in the anthology Red Velvet and Absinthe. This compilation, edited by Mitzi Szereto with a foreword by Kelly Armstrong, was designed to evoke the romantic ethos of classic Gothic fiction with a serving of eroticism. With a repertoire of twisted tales and a love of cross-genre writing, it surprised everyone (including herself) when she branched out into erotic romance. These works have been critically acclaimed and often described as ‘deeply passionate’.
Genre: Fantasy Romance MM

1. Marooned When he's marooned on a strange planet, cosmonaut Vernon Attwater thinks his only problem is one of possibly ending up as reptile poo -- especially when the reptile chasing him looks like something out of an old science fiction movie. Little does he know that the alien who saves his life is about to complicate matters in ways he never imagined… ways that make him sigh, pant, groan and gasp with pleasure. Even so, surely he can control his own yearnings, especially when he's never previously felt such desires, being that the alien may look androgynous but is decidedly male in every way that matters.
Cresszna seems to have other ideas and is rather persistent. It doesn't help that Vern knows he's sending out mixed messages. He keeps saying no even as his body is saying yes, and feels rather shocked by the overwhelming sense of loss when it seems Cresszna is prepared to accept his rejection.
There's no way home and Cresszna is the only intelligent humanoid life-form he's run into. Would life, and sex, with the alien truly be so bad, especially when Vern's experiencing sensations he didn't know he was capable of feeling. Trouble is, there appears to be a price to pay if he wants to be Cresszna's mate -- one that's even more amazing than the strange things he's so far encountered on the planet.
2. Faerie When Adam overreacts to his mother's matchmaking owing to stress, and insults an old friend, little does he know he's closer to the truth than he thinks. Calling Lane a fairy isn't the slight he thinks it is. Adam has very clear ideas concerning the type of man he's attracted to, and Lane isn't it.
Little does he know he's also goaded the other man into acting on feelings long suppressed. For both of them, what they feel during sex and afterwards brings more than a little magic into their lives. If they can survive their own mistaken beliefs and prejudices -- and outside threats -- they might just find something lasting together, and Adam might have to change his mind over the importance of physical attraction and what it means.
While Adam's shop burns around him, can he salvage more than the precious items for sale?
3. All Washed Up When Peter Blake takes a job working for Walker's Wash-ups, little does he know that the easiest part of his day will be deciding which of his "uniforms" he hates the most. Needing the money to pay off a loan, Peter decides there are worse things in life than wearing a nude male grilling "Hot Sausage" apron, even if he can't exactly remember what at the moment. His life shouldn't be like this. Alas, he didn't foresee corporate redundancy. He didn't foresee a time in his life when he'd have to take such a peculiar job, having to grin and "bare" it, where both pairs of "cheeks" burn equally with embarrassment.
Even more surprising, he didn't expect the sanest person in his growing list of crazy clients would be another man with a bruised heart, who has a lot to answer for, including his future.
4. A Good Knight Licinius is an adamite-knave, an ancient but largely dishonourable profession. He doesn't expect much from life and silently bemoans his existence, yet he does what he does to take care of his family. He certainly never expects to have his wish -- to spend one good night with one good knight -- fulfilled in the arresting form but strange and confusing personality of Crassius de Chartres. Overcome with lust (and love) at first sight, Licinius is willing and eager, especially when the knight insists, "Your pleasure is my pleasure."
Licinius is about to experience an incredible knight, one that is going to leave him a quivering wreck come morning, caged in a way he never expected, and possibly vagrant. He must be mistaken because Crassius wouldn't do anything to hurt him, would he? Will he finally understand the true meaning of the knight's motto and share his idea of pleasure?
One good night with one good knight: is that really too much to ask?
5. A Slow Fuzzy Screw (Del Fantasma, #2007 Sept.)
When Shayne asks for a Slow Screw to capture the bartender's attention, he's not aware there's more than one blend of the cocktail. Shayne's careful when it comes to relationships, even those that last only a few hours. Leon's disillusioned with life and haunted by his past. To complicate matters, he's a shape-shifter.
Shayne's looking for something out of the ordinary and he can't say he hasn't found it. Leon's looking for company but Shayne's not quite what he expected.
6. An Act of Generosity
Robert might be gay, but he’s a responsible adult, and a proper businessman. He hesitates to hire Lee, the man who’s applied for the position of PA at his firm, knowing how hard it will be to deny his attraction to the much younger man. And what’s worse, his business partner’s pressing Robert to rent a room in his flat to the new hire.
But Lee hasn’t been entirely honest with his new employers. Lee’s trying to unravel the mysteries of his past, but instead he finds himself falling for Robert. Lee knows Robert’s got feelings for him, as well, but can he get the proper English gentleman to admit they might share more than lust? And what will happen when Robert finds out they share a past, as well?
7. Space Man
Whoever said space was cold, never found love from the stars ...
Some people never learn. This is the tune playing once again in Alex Beaumont’s head when he sees a vision in white attracting odd glances in the quiet little seaside resort of Padstow. He came to get away from it all, to bury himself in work, to forget every man he ever falls for eventually needs to get away ... from him.
Adrift in the universe, Mani searches for a place to call home. The planet he finds is cold and inhospitable, not at all what he was expecting. He feels lost and alone, until a stranger’s smile warms him. And with that smile comes another kind of heat, one he’s never before experienced.
Love is not what Alex ever imagined it to be. They say space is infinite, but the distance between what Alex wants and what he has experienced romantically seems to be growing ... until now. Like a shooting star, he’s about to fall long and hard. Will he crash and burn, or find the love he’s always dreamed of when looking at the night sky?
8. Toasted Almond (Del Fantasma #2011 July)
Dressed for far colder weather, Armand makes a strange spectacle in Del Fantasma. Krakow cannot believe Cody sends the man over to his corner, especially when he'd told the vampire he wanted to be alone. His disgruntlement soon changes when he realizes there's something different about Armand. Has Cody done the impossible and found someone Krakow can finally share intimacy with?
Krakow has the answers to Armands lonely existence and a cure so Armand no longer has to feel cold.
9. Virgin Special (Del Fantasma #2008 Sept.)
When the temptation to end his misery proves too much to deny, unbeknownst to James his very existence is about to change.
Seth doesn-t want to visit with another vampire, but his beloved wants to see Cody, and whatever Hannah wants, Hannah gets. Cody may have the answer to their grief, but while Hannah is optimistic, Seth-s moods are interfering with her plan. Then there-s the complication that the human who might well save them is a virgin.
