Snatchers series Boxset vol 1+2 by Shaun Whittington (Books 1~6)

Overview: Shaun lives in the south of England, has two dogs, one cat and a wife to look after. He started writing short stories for anthology books and an Australian magazine, before turning to books.
Although his more noticeable work is the Snatchers series, he also writes stand-alone novels and some of them are free.
He is in his late thirties and will not stop writing until the arthritis kicks in.
Genre: Science Fiction , Apocalypse, Zombie, Survival
Snatchers, is a horror, which sees the slow destruction of mankind, due to an unknown virus that is sweeping the UK, possibly the world. This novel tells the story of characters, trying to survive and coming to terms with the 'new world.'
The story focuses on a variety of individuals, including, Nurse Karen Bradley, Jack Slade, who is searching for his son, and prison officers and inmates, that have been released, who come together to try and survive the pandemic.
These set of characters are brought together, and find that as time goes by, their quandary becomes tougher by the hour.
