The World After complete series by J.G. Martin (Books 1~4)
Requirements: ePUB reader, AZW reader, AZW3 reader, 4.5mb
Overview: I have been an avid reader of books (Amazon gets a lot of my money), and player of role playing games and computer games for years. Over the years I have compiled notebooks full of characters, back stories, backgrounds, and new worlds that were primarily created for use in role playing games. It was a great diversion and helped channel my creative juices. I always said to myself that I should turn them in to books but I never moved forward with it.

But about a couple of years ago, we were on a long car ride back from the beach when my wife asked me to tell her a story to entertain her and keep her awake. I started telling her the story contained in Wasteland Rules: Kill or Be Killed. We got about three quarters of the way through before we got home. My wife is not normally a fan of that genre, but she liked the story. She encouraged me to write the books and publish them.
Genre: Science Fiction, Apocalypse, Survival

Kill or be Killed (Book 1)
The world as we know it was destroyed in a series of apocalyptic and cataclysmic events known respectively as the Collapse and the Aftermath. Civilization is broken and fragmented. Factions fight for supremacy in the remnants. Raiders, mutants, and worse plague the wasteland. The earth itself is mostly dead and ruined. This is the World After. To survive you must follow the Rules.

Five years after the end of the Aftermath, Derek Storm has been hired to retrieve a device in return for a payoff that will allow him to leave the wasteland and retire in luxury. But he is not the only one seeking the device. Powerful forces are rising across the wasteland to seize the device for themselves and change the course of history. He must battle his way across the wasteland and kill or evade the hordes of enemies in his way. Some also seek the device, but others just want blood. Can he survive the dangers of the World After and complete his mission?

Born to Fight (Book 2)
Join them as they continue their quest to enter NASA. What will they find once they get inside and just what is the real use for the device? More fast paced action and adventure as they attempt to complete their mission. More obstacles, seen and unseen, lie in their path as more and more enemies join the hunt for the device. How far will their foes go to stop them before they can use the device?

A New Dawn (Book 3)
The action continues fast and furious as Derek and Rora find new enemies in their path and old ones that just won't die. The story once again goes cross country as the pair try to discover a secret hidden by Rora's father. A secret capable of saving the world. Something that Rora was born to accomplish. Something that others will try very hard to prevent.

Die Fighting (Book 4)
The stunning conclusion to the Wasteland Rules story arc. Derek and Rora continue to seek to complete her father's plan and save the world by obtaining the ARK. But first they must escape the caves in Kentucky alive. And then they will have to overcome every obstacle thrown in their path as it seems everyone else wants a piece of them or the ARK.

They must battle their way across the United States to uncover the real story behind the ARK and discover its location. New enemies are revealed and old enemies return to dog them at every turn. But the trail of carnage and destruction left in their wake is nothing compared to what will happen if they fail to recover the ARK. The fate of the World After hangs in the balance.
