1 - Hondus Pointe
Introduces Nestor deNeffo, a corrupt and treasonous black elf intelligence operative, is a character who is very comfortable to passes state secrets to the enemies of Nambroc, a black elf city, and Nambroc Knives, a black elven intelligence service, and act as an enforcer and fixer for a local criminal organization as long as he get enough coin to get the finer things in life.

2 - Nestor deNeffo
Continues the story of Nestor deNeffo, a black elf, and his fellow traitorous and corrupt Nambroc Knives intelligence operatives in the Nether Realm. Nestor and the rest of the Nambroc Knives are hunting for Quildor Burkain who was the founder of the Nambroc Knives, a black elven intelligence service, and is deemed as a traitor. Quildor Burkain was also responsible for recruiting Nestor deNeffo to become a Nambroc Knife.

3 - Crepier
Expands the story to Hartshire a city in the Earth Realm and introduces the criminal component of the series. The story is about Crepier, an elf and black market financier to a crime lord, wanting to establish a bank in Hartshire as way launder the crime lord's ill-gotten gains from the criminal operations and to establish a legitimate business.

4 - Hartshire Bank
ontinues the story of the bank after Crepier has gone missing and other criminals involved with the bank fight to determines who controls the bank in his absence.

Additionally, a couple of notorious criminals as well as wealthy and powerful individuals have been assassinated with black crossbow bolts that explode. The assassinations become known as the Black Bolt Assassinations.

5 - Hartshire Noble Council
Features Luigi Darkhawk, the head of the noble council and a senior mage at Hartshire Mages Guild, as he and his organization are responsible for preventing any more Black Bolt Assassinations and apprehend the assassin responsible for committing such heinous acts.

6 - Nambroc
Returns the story to Nambroc where Nestor and other senior Knife operatives receive intelligence that Quildor Burkain possibly planning with Snow Patrol, a snow elven intelligence service and enemies of the Nambroc Knives, an attack somewhere in Nambroc.

7 - Candelabra and Things
Is the title of the final novella as well as the name of the curio shop that Nambroc Knives establish as a front in Hartshire as they confirm Quildor Burkain is there with the intention of returning him to Nambroc and answer for his traitorous acts.

The Nambroc Knives are also still reeling from the surprise Snow Patrol surgical strike on the Knives headquarters. They want Quildor Burkain to answer for his crimes including aiding and abetting Snow Patrol operatives in their attack.

Nestor realizes if he is responsible for apprehending Quildor Burkain, then he will be remembered and honored as the Knife who brought the traitorous Burkain to face justice which he hopes that his role in the selling of the cache of black arrows will be forgiven and forgotten.
