Or at least, that’s what they’re told.
Greyson can’t remember even his own name, and uses this found one given by his friends in order to at least feel like he’s creating his own identity. He doesn’t believe a thing the crew tells them about the apocalypse. A lot of things just don’t add up. Like the fact they can’t remember anything about the end of the world, or themselves.
So he decides to escape. And his friends join.
And guess what? There’s no toxic sings anywhere. But something felt weird anyway. The world was different. Not like they thought it would be. It was empty, and primitive, with no living or civilizational trance at all.
Why were they being lied to this was the apocalypse, when clearly it was not? And more importantly, was this world even scarier than a post-apocalyptic one?
