Erafeen Series by David F. Farris (#2-3,5-6)
Requirements: ePUB Reader, 1.1 MB | 3.7 MB
Overview: David F. Farris was that kid who spent all of his birthday money on Yu-Gi-Oh and Pokemon cards. They started his love of storytelling. He’d create his own Pokemon, draw them, give them a biography, physical measurements, attacks, etc. As he grew older—into a bigger kid—he began to draw cartoons through the same process, except in more detail this time. He even drew a block-by-block detailed map of an imaginary city across eight sheets of graph paper. He’d dabble in writing short stories because of his love of Harry Potter, but his specialty was drawing.
Genre: Dark Fantasy

2. The Untenable
Bryson LeAnce and the rest of the Jestivan just escaped death’s grips at the hands of a foreign king and his divine protector. But they needed help. Now they return to Phesaw limping and wounded with more loss than just pride: Phesaw is down a member.

Thankful to still be alive, the Jestivan begin training harder than ever while dealing with their own issues. When family strikes a chord with a number of members, they must navigate an ambiguous trail of morality and loyalty, and not lose sight of what really matters.

The world begins to reshape itself as centuries of peace finally hit a wall. With a king’s demise, the door has been blown open for a new leader. And power players across the world are trying to reach their hands into the pot, strategically positioning themselves to grab a spot atop the Light Realm’s bastard kingdom.

Meanwhile, Dev Assassins lurk in the farthest reaches of Phesaw’s campus, multiple kingdoms fall victim to unknown rogues, and a man’s forces grow in numbers as he sculpts a hierarchy to his hodgepodge crew.

3. The Uprising
With the Jestivan divided, their enemies only grow stronger.

As the school of Phesaw closes its doors indefinitely, the Jestivan scatter across the realm. From traveling the Archaic Mountains with bounty hunters, sailing the Realm Rivers with a pirate crew, to attending a school in the city of Brilliance with the brightest minds the world has ever seen … the young elites will chase their own goals.

And as the Light Realm’s talented youth splits apart, the opposition strengthens. The Dark Realm has become united, and they continue to gain more allies from unexpected places. Only a few of the Jestivan will find themselves in position to change the global narrative while others fight personal demons of their own.

Led by the relentless duo of the Dev King and Rogue Demon, the political landscape of Kuki Sphaira is shifting. The Dark Realm has never been this close to toppling the Light.

The balance of power will tip, war will be declared, and an uprising starts it all.

5. The Sacrifice
With one sacrifice remaining, the Rogue Demon is close to resurrecting history's most dangerous king. His sights are now set on the Intel Kingdom, a world power in the eyes of most.

This makes Bryson—considered the most talented Intelian currently alive—a prime target. Alas, he's found himself absent of all weaving abilities following his lightning storm during the Blizzard of Blood. He must discover a way to retain his electrical abilities before the Rogue Demon finds him.

As the world prepares for the eventual clash between titans, the rest of the Jestivan search for information about the Rogue Demon and those closest to him. They'll sail for whirlpools that connect realms, visit the holy city of trees where the very first sacrifice took place, and infiltrate the headquarters of the demon's operations.

Meanwhile, one Jestivan begins his translations of an ancient text from a timeline before his, learning of two Originators who sparked the end of an era. And another woman, once a Jestivan but long removed from her peers, seeks vengeance on an entire kingdom in a catastrophic way. The empires have taken notice.

6. The Empires
The world was deceived, and now its power players must rebound. The war in the kingdoms has ended, but the Empires have entered the picture in a catastrophic way. Focus shifts from human threats to those of divinity, and a select handful of humans are recruited into the Empirical War to help even the scales.

Bryson must adapt to a foreign land and new supporting cast around him, learning that not all of the Bozani are as pure as his culture had been made to believe. Lofty goals are laid out for him, such as replacing one of the most ancient entities in Kuki Sphaira. And what happens when he learns who has been recruited into the opposition's ranks?

Meanwhile, the kingdoms continue to recover from the war. An investigation into Lost Wisdom brings to light past treaties between Archain royalty and the Thousand-Layer Loess. Legendary families resurface. Rebellion surges in Dunami. A Jestivan enters the Dark Realm's school to recruit two Diatia. Another will infiltrate the dangerous Linsaniun Mounds.

Among the journeys is heartbreak. Death has claimed many already. It will not relent.
