Overview: Eli was born 1982 in Akureyri, the unofficial capital of north Iceland. After spending a part of his childhood in Norway and later Reykjavik he now lives in good old Akureyri. Between working, writing and sleeping he practices archery and powerlifting. Just about eccentric enough to be a writer he started experimenting with writing after graduating high school in 2004. His first fantasy novel, Lord of the Blind, debuted in Iceland in 2011 and he has followed with one a year ever since, with no plans of slowing down.
