Overview: English-born Mick Farren (1943-2013) wrote for film, TV, and the underground press. He was the author of Their Master’s War, The Armageddon Crazy, and the cult classic DNA Cowboys trilogy. His autobiography is Give the Anarchist a Cigarette. Farren was also a longtime recording artist. His band, the Social Deviants, was very popular in Japan.

1. The Time of Feasting: A colony of vampires lives unrevealed beneath New York City. But now the Time of Feasting is at hand and the thirst for blood has become an overwhelming need. Renquist, the centuries-old colony Master, is being challenged from within by the younger ones who, contemptuous of humanity, are tired of living in secrecy. A drunken ex-priest and a tenacious city cop, who are beginning to suspect the truth of these night creatures, also challenge Renquist. Will the colony survive, or will they collapse under the ancient urges that control their every move?
2. Darklost: Los Angeles - City of Angels, City of dreams. But sometimes the dreams can become nightmares. Having fled New York, Victor Renquist and his small group of Nosferatu are striving to re-establish their Colony in Los Angeles. They have become a deeper, darker part of the city's nightlife. And Hollywood's glitterati are hot on the scent of a new thrill, one that outshines all others - immortality. But someone, somewhere, is meddling with even darker powers, powers that even the Nosferatu fear. Someone is attempting to summon the entity of ancient evil known at Cthulhu. And Renquist must overcome dissent in his own Colony, solve the riddle of the Darklost (a being brought partway along the Nosferatu path and then abandoned) and combat powerful enemies to save the world - of humans!
3. More Than Mortal: Something very strange and potentially powerful and dangerous has been unearthed in a prehistoric burial mound in southern England. Renquist is lured to the UK by a trio of devious female nosferatu to see the mystery for himself. He discovers that the being in the mound is Merlin and he definitely differs from his reputation as the benign wizard of Camelot. He is something as non-human as the nosferatu emerging from centuries long hibernation.
4. Underland: More than 1,000 years old, Renquist has been there, done that and seen all there is to see. He has fed on humanity, created undead to follow him, played power games with the best of humankind and almost always defeated his adversaries. This time, however, National Security Agency intelligence spooks persuade the generally unflappable and unshockable Renquist to take on what seems at first an easy job, but he soon finds himself, like a James Bond of the undead, trying to save the world from renegade Nazis and their alien allies, the reptilian Dhrakuh, operating from a secret Antarctic base.
