Overview: A zombie virus has arrived in the UK from the United States of America (Z – Arrival, #1 in the Z Series).
From its point of origin in the UK, London Heathrow Airport, the virus quickly spreads to other parts of London and the surrounding towns and cities before covering large swathes of the UK and extending to mainland Europe.
This story begins back at the start of the zombie outbreak; a violent East End gang makes the most of the advanced warning to get themselves ready to meet the challenge head on. The gang’s leaders have grand designs for their future and, as far as they’re concerned, there is no authority around to stop them doing whatever they want.
But, they hadn’t bargained on other groups of survivors, especially those at London Heathrow.
