On the distant planet of Kurtainia an alien race of furry, aquatic beings live in an idyllic world. War is a thing of the past and emotions such as envy, greed and jealousy have been removed through genetic engineering. They search the universe seeking other worlds like their own, that have past the stage of global conflict. However, their perfect life style is about to be shaken to its core when one of their number, Vintar, slips through the genetic net and lusts to become the Supreme Leader of the planet. He will resort to any depths to obtain his goal of ultimate power, even murder.
Joln, a leading member of the planet’s council and the biggest obstacle to Vintar’s goal, through a bizarre series of events cheats death, but only his essence survives and he has to co-exist in a human body. This is one of the many Alliances formed as the struggle for supreme power on Kurtainia spills out across space to envelope other planets and civilisations.
#2 - Conspiracies
In a distant galaxy, Edward and the Ingardo join forces to put into motion a daring plan to kill Vintar, the tyrannical, self-proclaimed Supreme Leader of Kurtainia. Follow the twists and turns of the Ingardo’s plan as they travel back to Kurtainia and the very existence of the Ingardo race becomes part of the stakes in this daring assassination attempt.
Meanwhile Vintar has put his own plans in place to find and destroy the irritation that is hi-jacking his supplies, unaware that there is a much larger conspiracy at the route of the disappearing supplies.
As both conspiracies head towards their conclusion and each side attempt to put an end to their respective nemesis, it becomes a race against time to see who will prevail.
