Overview: D.W. Jackson was born in McAlester Oklahoma, Attended College at Oklahoma City University, and Northeastern State University. As soon as he graduated high school in 2001 he joined the Oklahoma National Guard. In 2003 he was Sent along with five others from his unit to Iraq where he spent slightly over a year in deployment. After returning home he worked as a pipeline surveyor traveling all across the U.S. in 2009 he took a job as a correctional officer for the state of Oklahoma where he worked at both a medium and minimal security level prison. In 2012 his heath declined and was unable to continue working. With time on his hands and out of books to read he decided to pursue his dream of being a writer

When the queen buys him at auction he doesn't know if he should be happy or not. When the chance arises for his freedom he takes it. Even with his new power he cannot escape his own kind nature that pulls him into danger for the sake of helping the very ones who would imprison him.
Reawakening Saga 4-6: Dwarves, Vathari, magic, and gods were thought to be things of myth and legend. When he had been nothing but a simple child born into slavery, Thad had once believe so himself. Now, years later he has started to scratch the surface on the secrets that have been hidden by time. Learning the secrets of magic had been a trial of his youth and without proper guidance he had faltered and erred many times. Now, he has finally found someone who can instruct him but he is short on time, as disturbing dreams from home haunt him, pushing him to return to the world of man.
