Overview: Born in Muskegon, MI and raised in Concord, CA, S.W. Gunn used his early experience as a roleplaying geek to expand upon his imagination. Unable to purchase the proper Dungeon and Dragons manuals at a young age, he developed his own roleplaying paper and pen game for himself and his friends to play. While living in Hawaii, he completed his Bachelor’s in Art degree in History at Chaminade University of Honolulu. S.W. Gunn is married to his lovely wife and children. They live with their cat in Tacoma, WA. He has written two novels in the Heima Series, Acciaccato, The Almighty Paw, Skybound, The Priestess Princess, the forthcoming "Legenda: Smuggler's Luck" with several more exciting adventures on tap in the near future!

Skybound
With Earth’s environment failing after two American Civil Wars and a Third World War Humankind is forced out into space to save the species. The second eco-ship launched, the ‘Skybound’, had a catastrophe that kills a large portion of the crew leaving those born about the eco-ship alone to continue the mission towards a star-system with a potential habitable planet.Senior Technician Johnathan Fischer works to maintain the computer systems when he is pushed into a relationship with Commander Rosemary Yarden through the mechanizations of the eco-ship’s computer Mark. While learning more about others and himself, Johnathan finds a new found desire to improve the eco-ship and in doing so his modifications reveal a group of alien spacecraft in the distance who begin to approach the ‘Skybound’.His actions from the discover of these aliens will either save or doom the crew of the ‘Skybound’ and humankind.
