Genre: Sci-Fi/Fantasy

3. Aerona Stands- Trysten's heroism and dragon riding skills may have won over the prince of Cadwaller, but her future as Dragoneer of Aerona weyr remains uncertain.
A threat unlike any the village has ever faced is on the move. Aerona lies in the path of destruction. To save those she loves, Trysten must set aside her distrust of Prince Aymon and join with him to stop a force that would destroy the entire kingdom.
Victory will require more than a drawn sword, a tight bowstring, and a dragon full of fire. To win the battle, Trysten must accept her true nature and risk becoming the very thing Prince Aymon fears. Once again she will redefine what it means to be the Dragoneer.
4. Outposts - It's time for Trysten to pick up the pieces and move the village forward after the battle for Aerona. Since then, not a single Western dragon has been seen in the skies, and the fighting appears to be at a lull. But when Prince Aymon returns from the mother city with 80 dragons dressed for battle and plans to teach the Western kingdom a lesson, it appears that the fighting season is about to heat up again.
After Aymon invades the Western kingdom with his armada of dragons, Trysten races to unravel the mysteries of the fighting season with the hopes of bringing the war to an end before Aymon can rekindle it. With the help of new and rediscovered friends, Trysten uncovers the unbelievable reason the two kingdoms are at war. But knowing why they fight may not be enough to stop the destruction.
5. Between Kingdoms - Dragons and riders clash in a battle of more than 200 hordesmen. As Trysten watches in horror, the dragon-shifting Originals kidnap one of her hordesmen and closest friends. As they disappear through the Gul Pass, Trysten must use her powers to end the battle instead of rescuing her friend.
When the dust settles, the fallen are accounted for, and the injured are healed, Trysten must decide whether or not to risk an incursion into the West to recover her friend. With the Western kingdom back on its heels, will she provoke them by flying a horde of dragons into their land? Will they find the West of mountain villages reported by some or the vast, vacant land described by others? When Trysten leads the Aerona horde to find their lost hordesman, will she finally seize the opportunity she has been after —a chance for lasting peace with the Western Kingdom?
6. Couriers- After Trysten and her horde recover from their rescue mission, they investigate a warning from Exeris and find a new threat to the kingdom amassing on the eastern border. With Cadwaller's resources depleted, Trysten prepares herself and the horde for a fighting season that will extend beyond the first snow.
When Rodden returns to Aerona with a Western delegation and an invitation for Trysten to engage in talks with the queen of Oppelnot, it is a welcome relief. It looks like an end to the centuries-old conflict with the Western kingdom might be near. But when Trysten meets the Opplian queen at last, she finds that the price of peace might be too high.
