Unveiled Academy: Paranormal University series by Jace Mitchell, Michael Anderle (#1,3)

Overview: Jace Mitchell is an Amazon best-selling author of fantasy novels. He lives in Key West with his dog, and when he's not writing, he's enjoying a cigar and scotch.
Michael Anderle (ok, weird talking about myself in the 3rd person) (1967-Hopefully a long time from NOW) was born in Houston, Tx. A very curious child, he got into trouble - a lot. What to do with an inquisitive mind when he was grounded? Read! Ok, done with all of that 3rd person stuff. In the first 20 years, I mostly read Science Fiction and Fantasy. In the last 10 years I have enjoyed Urban Fantasy and Military Fiction. With this background, I've been blessed with creating The Kurtherian Gambit series, a well-selling, and fan loved, collection of stories. The fans have propelled these stories beyond my wildest imagination and they should get all of the credit for sharing with friends, family and occasionally the random person on the street. They are fantastic!

1. Paranormal University: First Semester
At the University of Paranormal Studies, class is about to start.
Claire just received her letter of acceptance despite the fact that she didn’t apply. Why does the university want her?
Because ghosts, vampires, werewolves, leprechauns, elves, dragons…
They all exist – and more. They’re crossing over into our world on a daily basis – but not all of them are ‘friendly’.
Claire is from a small town where her future prospects consisted of flipping chicken at the local fast food joint. Now she’s traveling to Boston, where she’ll learn how to fight this ‘mythological invasion’. She never thought she’d be in a class called Vampires 101 but…
Claire’s a soldier in this new war – she will be humanity’s most dangerous asset. And if Claire and her classmates fail? If they don’t learn fast enough and fight hard enough? Well, graduation won’t matter too much when the world is reduced to ashes.
3. Paranormal University: Third Semester
First there were vampires. Then ghosts. Now Claire faces her greatest challenge yet.
Claire and her classmates are hoping for a peaceful summer semester. Claire just wants to rest. Jack wants to get to know the new girl, Samantha. Marissa is still concentrating on learning her spells.
That’s all before the largest tear yet rends the Veil. It hangs in the sky for days, and everyone wonders what is crossing over.
A Myther unlike any yet imagined. A god. Everything Claire has trained for—all her skills—might not be enough to defeat this immortal creature. And if she fails? No one on Earth will have to worry about classes ever again.
