He intended to be the ruler of all humanity and he started planning to accomplish that goal years earlier. Once again as throughout history, the most dangerous species to humanity was itself. Earth and Britannia were in the cross hairs of a coming Civil War and there was little they could do to stop it. They were heavily outnumbered by the Colony Fleets and time was running out.
