2. Two for Mirth - After a false alarm in Texas, my life returned to normal.
Well, almost normal.
I still have a featherd room mate and a dark secret. But when Nick shows up unnanounced, I know more trouble is heading my way.
Someone or something is killing co-eds in Phoenix-- Nick's hometown-- and our trip is hyjacked by Nick's family who have more than a few skeletons in their closets.
But Nick's family drama is the least of our problems and a trip to a jail cell on our first day is quite the welcome, leaving me at the mercy of the local witch coven and on my own to navigate the hostile heirarchy of Pheonix Arizona.
4. Four For a Birth - The war might be over, but battles still rage.
The vampires are united again and working towards a common goal with the rest of the community, but the alliance is precarious. And when a vampire is implicated in the slaughter of an entire coven, one which has close ties to Falcor, will the war spark back to life?
The White Crow is still a threat, but gathering an army and attacking will be harder than expected with no easy way to travel to Nevermore.
But can the factions get through the investigation into the mass murder and find a way to work together before the White Crow strikes again?
5. Five for Silver - Falcor is off the rails.
Vampires are turning up dead in every country around the world as Falcor goes on a killing spree. The deaths are being covered up by the DPI as he is the only heir to the throne of the witches and warlocks, but he is not the only problem.
Jax and I might have had some problems, but there is no doubt in my mind he's not a murderer. I have to prove he's innocent, despite the evidence and get my hands on whoever did kill Farand before the trail goes cold and Jax spends the rest of his very very long life in the underground DPI prison.
As if my life wasn't complicated enough, Colvin is mourning the loss of our baby sister. He has lost too much.
We both have.
At least Nick is on team Crow, though the bird seems intent of lazing about despite the obvious drama in our lives.
So helpful.
6. Six For Gold - The team is back together... finally!
But a dark witch has stolen my most valuable possession. Ok, it's really my only possession, but this one is also the most important thing to my life as a necromancer.
In the mean time, Colvin has lost another little piece of himself as he learned about what happened to Falcor's father and blames himself for everything that has happened since then. His power was growing, but now seems stunted, nearly gone.
But I'll need his help in finding the witch and my knife before the wraiths that are determined to break my sanity succeed in their task. There are suddenly tons of them. And they wont leave me alone!
