Overview: The lights went out and never came back on.

End of world.

Biological hazards were not present and the last days of communication, near as anyone can tell, went toward safely shutting down nuclear power plants and other such items to prevent the loss of more lives. No one really knew what happened, or why.

Years have passed since the end of the world and those still alive are trying to rebuild the world in their own image. But only the largest groups have succeeded at doing more than simply survive.

The BWO—Better World Organization—is one such group. They are the largest group in Eastern Canada, and the largest they’ve met so far across North America. Having taken control of the East Coast, they’ve set their eyes on the western side of Canada, said to be deserted, free of people and dangers besides those of the natural world.

They have a plan; they’ve even accounted for the contingencies and possible problems. Every known outcome has been discussed. The team headed out on the venture were chosen for their loyalty, strength of will, ethics, and their desire for a second chance.

Maybe this time they can build their better world.
