For some, the streets aren't wild enough.

Just what is freedom anyway when the walls of your oppression are everywhere you look?
3. Purge of Deceit
Even the rain cannot extinguish all the fires now burning throughout Neon.
With Deke Allinson on their tail, and Annora more exposed then she has ever been, can Elissa hold it together long enough to reach safety? Or is the fire burning all around her a reflection of her own desire for revenge?
There's talk on the street too; the authority have rounded up the remaining protesters and mean to make an example out of them. However things end, one thing is for sure - it will never be the same again.
