Twin Torn by Stephan F. Rogers (Pangea Saga: Book I)
Requirements: .ePUB reader, 484 KB
Overview: There's a rumor floating around that we read the Mayan calendar wrong. That the end of the world is really going to happen on October 13, 2023, which agrees with the properly translated Cairo calendar. It's not a rumor.
The problem with having the entire world hanging in the balance, is: There's nowhere to run. Wrong place? Wrong time? It doesn't matter. It's all wrong. All of it. The only way to know you've won, is if everything is still in one piece at the end of the countdown.
The problem with having an identity crisis is: One minute, you're playing at hero. The next, you're regaining consciousness, covered in blood; with dead bodies strewn all over the place, wondering what just happened.
All Ash ever wanted was to be normal, just like everyone else. To fit in. Now everything's a mess. Maybe he should have just slept in.
