The Dream Devours the World
Armed with a suitcase nuke, Robert must blow up one of the largest dams in the world. The only obstacles are a woman who can see the future and his own conditioned inability to commit any act of violence. In a far future where the "ghosts" of an even farther future meddle with history, he must navigate the wilds of an African desert and the tangled paths of prescience to find a solution.
