Carl Sebastian was genetically engineered to be the deadliest fighting machine known to mankind. Once they were no longer needed, his kind were abandoned or sent for “rehabilitation.” Forced to fend for himself, he spends his life hiding in the shadows, working for his next fix of the medication that keeps him sane. On one his routine xeno-mutant hunting jobs, he discovers the mutations are far worse and more widespread than anyone thought. Will Carl fight to save the very people who turned their back on him or will these mutations and a new generation of gene soldiers destroy mankind as we know it?
2. PIllarmen - It’s hard to teach an old dog new tricks. Fortunately, the old dog just might be the only one that can save Old Earth from a new and powerful enemy.
Carl Sebastian and his new unit of Pillarmen have become humanity’s best chance of keeping the peace. Unfortunately, not everyone shares that goal. When Carl’s past training conflicts with the goals and methods of his new unit, his future as a Pillarmen is questioned. Can the old War Dog prove that sometimes new tricks aren’t best? Their only way off the ship is to work with a group of Palacian soldiers who have also been trapped. Can they escape this ghost ship or will the mutations finally take hold of Carl and his team?

Carl and his team have made great strides combating xeno-mutants and the other threats intent on destroying humanity. In the process, they have learned a horrifying truth. Can carl and the other genetically modified soldiers protect humanity, or will they be turned to serve an evil alien master?
