1. Descendant of War - The descendant of history’s most infamous soldiers will inherit his ancestor’s war.
Frustrated by restrictive rules, maverick warship commander, Dalton Reeves, has crossed the line one time too many. Disciplined for violating orders, Reeves is packed off to “The Abyss” – a dangerous and isolated space city named Concord Station, and officially the worst assignment in the galaxy.
Built to foster diplomacy between the six galactic realms, Concord is now nothing but a debauched, corrupt hellhole infested by crime lords, degenerates and outright failures. It’s also Commander Reeves’ last chance to do something significant with his life.
Amidst escalating interstellar tensions, a long-forgotten enemy emerges from the mysterious Shadow Space to threaten war. Events are quickly set in motion that will propel Concord Station from obscurity to the most strategically important outpost in the galaxy.
But as the secret of Reeves’ dark origin is revealed, he’s thrust into the center of the conflict in more ways than one. Dalton Reeves is a descendant of war, but he’s not the only one.
The ancient enemy not only seeks conquest, but to exact vengeance upon the sole descendant of two infamous soldiers that annihilated the alien’s homeworld a millennium ago.

2. Battleship of War - A new enemy looms in the shadows. To fight it, they need a ship thought lost for centuries.
A ruthless alien enemy has returned, but despite overtures of peace, Commander Dalton Reeves doesn’t believe a word that escapes their thin, slug-like lips. War is coming and in order to unite the six realms against a threat bigger than any faced in history, he must recover an ancient and famous warship.
Hunted on two fronts by the fanatical New Earthers and the Sa’Nerran Grand Imperator, both of whom have axes to grind, Reeves must manage personal battles alongside the greater mission to defeat the ancient enemy.
But a threat darker and more dangerous than even the Sa’Nerra lurks inside the Shadow Space. Like the tentacles of an interstellar Kraken, the anomaly creeps further into the six realms, toward the home planets of each species.
To fight this enemy, Reeves needs a powerful new weapon – a ship that was last flown into combat by his ancestors a thousand years earlier. Thought lost centuries ago, the sentient battleship has merely been sleeping. Reeves must do whatever it takes to find it.
Embarking on a desperate and dangerous mission with only his trusted executive officer, Major Katee Kane, at his side, Reeves must draw upon his military prowess, guile and determination.
The problem is that the battleship he needs is hidden on a hostile planet where everyone and everything on the surface wants to kill him.

3. Ancestor of War - The secrets of an ancient power are revealed and a ghost from humanity’s past returns.
Tensions amongst the six realms are running high as the galaxy witnesses the overwhelming might of the Sa’Nerra armada. The Quarr race are facing defeat, and no-one wants to be next. Desperate to find a way to unite the realms against the Sa’Nerra, Commander Reeves and his team take the warship Invictus on a quest to learn about the mysterious and ancient Progenitors – the puppet masters manipulating the war.
With threats from the Sa’Nerran Imperator and the New Earth Movement looming over him at every turn, Reeves is still struggling to embrace his legacy and temper the darkness inside him. But with the six realms focusing on diplomacy, Reeves chooses to take action.
Reaching the Progenitor planet, they make a terrifying discovery that changes everything - the Sa’Nerra are the not the only threat the six realms face. A ghost from humanity’s past has been waiting in the shadows, and together with the might of the Sa’Nerra, they could be unstoppable.
Only a united force could possibly stand against their new, combined enemy. But in order to forge an alliance between the realms, Reeves must show the ambassadors of Concord Station the mortal threat that awaits them.
But with his adversaries closing in, can Reeves escape the Progenitor world and return to Concord with the crucial evidence he needs? As with his ancestors before him, the fate of the galaxy now rests in his hands.

4. Shadow of War - A relic from the past forces Reeves and Kane to embark on their most dangerous mission yet.
Having witnessed the seemingly unconquerable power of the Progenitors first hand, Commander Reeves and Major Kane have an opportunity to tilt the balance of war in their favor. And they intend to take it, no matter the risk or the cost.
Despite the setback at the Progenitor world, Reeves is determined to find the ‘smoking gun’ that proves the Sa’Nerra are acting under the influence of an ancient power. Only then can he unite the realms against their common enemy.
But in order to achieve this, Reeves must pierce the veil of Shadow Space and discover the true scale of the alien armada. The problem is that no living being has entered the shadow realm and lived to tell the tale.
A clue from the past leads Reeves and Kane to Deep Six, a former mining colony in the notorious Far Deep Nine system. In addition to being the only place in the galaxy that’s more dangerous than Concord Station, it also contains a relic from humanity’s past that could be crucial to ensuring its future.
Unfortunately for Reeves, in addition to thousands of murders, criminals and degenerates, Deep Six is also crawling with zealots from Serena Shepard’s New Earth Movement. And she still wants his head on a platter.
Despite the odds being against them, Reeves and Kane have no choice but to enter Deep Six and search for the artefact. Without it, Reeves is powerless to affect the course of the war – a war that not only threatens humanity, but trillions of lives across all six galactic realms.

5. Machines of War - The Progenitors’ plan is revealed, but stopping them means piercing the veil of Shadow Space
Finally possessing the ability to enter the Progenitors’ shadow realm, Commander Reeves and Major Kane embark on a daring mission into the heart of enemy territory.
However, en route they must detour to the Quarr planet of Vroxxa, which is under Sa’Nerran occupation. There they will learn the true, horrific purpose of the ‘atmosphere acclimators’ the aliens have installed on dozens of worlds. They will also discover the sickening depth of the Sa’Nerran’s cruelty, forcing Reeves to again confront his dark side.
Meanwhile, the enhanced neural technology that Reeves and Kane now share provides a glimpse into the future, as well as the past. Reeves will learn that as well as inheriting the darkness from his Omega Taskforce ancestors, he also inherited their humanity.
Continuing the fight inside the shadow realm, Reeves and Kane see the epic and terrifying scale of the Sa’Nerran war machine for the first time, and are confronted with the engine that powers it.
The discovery provides perhaps their only hope of defeating the Progenitors and ridding the galaxy of the Sa’Nerra.
But the Progenitors will not allow their machines of war to be easily dismantled. And now, not only are the six realms under threat of invasion, but the Sa’Nerran Imperator is gunning for Concord Station too.
The stage will be set for the final battle. But first, Reeves and Kane have to escape the shadow realm, and find their way home.

6. Heroes of War - The war arrives in Bastion Space and at Concord Station. Now, everything is on the line.
All pretenses of diplomacy have crumbled and Concord is no longer considered neutral territory. The Imperator is coming, and he intends to reduce the station to dust, forcing Commander Reeves to order an emergency evacuation.
But old enemies linger on in the background. Not only must Reeves contend with the Sa’Nerra, but a final showdown with the Lord of Night appears inevitable, and the crime kingpin will stop at nothing to get his revenge.
Meanwhile, the Sa’Nerra have invaded Bastion Federation space with thousands of warships and near-unlimited reserves safely inside Shadow Space. The clock is ticking for Reeves to convince an unlikely ally to join his cause, and take the fight to the aliens.
However, as usual not everything goes to plan. A grudge held for a thousand years threatens to derail Reeves’ plan. If his mission fails, it will be impossible to defeat the Sa’Nerra and their ancient masters, the Progenitors.
Even so, Reeves has no choice but to fight. He must face the Sa’Nerran Grand Imperator for the last time and find a way to destroy Shadow Space, otherwise the six realms will crumble, at the cost of trillions of lives.
It is a story of war and conflict a millennium in the making, and Dalton Reeves, ancestor of war, will write the final chapter.
